Eliot is Non-Executive Chairman of Avacta plc and non-executive Director to other public and private biotechs. He is an Honorary Visiting Professor at the University of Liverpool and University of Pavia.

He has held CEO positions at QS (leading education network/ World University Rankings) and JECT.AI. Now CEO of Radical Platforms and senior digital consultant on global businesses.

Louise brings a wealth of content experience to the team - with a solid media background spanning 30 years, in both theatre production and television production. She coordinated marketing and media for international theatre consultancy, Charcoalblue, producing mini documentaries interviewing key players from some of their most prestigious projects, including The National Theatre (Dorfman), St Ann’s Warehouse, Brooklyn and Chichester Festival Theatre.

In 2016 she co-founded and ran the boutique, Young Actors Agency before leaving to join the Coulson Partners team.

Louise offers a level head on a tight turnaround; overseeing all aspects of podcast production, from booking guests, podcast promotion and social media support to managing edit process and uploading the finished product. She has produced the Crisis What Crisis? podcast since it began.

Prior to working with Coulson Partners, Susan was Head of Strategy and Policy in the Rothschild Family Office and Head of Public Affairs for the British Library. With a career spanning politics, business, family office and the cultural sector, her expertise is grounded in complex stakeholder management, corporate communications and strategic philanthropy.

Susan is known for her perceptive, understated counsel, as well as her well-tuned risk radar. She has a track record of successfully advising women leaders moving between career stages as well as coaching entrepreneurs moving from start-up to scale up. She strongly believes in making all three letters of ESG stand for something real and valuable for clients.
